Rainbow is equipped with facilities to offer repair, reconditioning & manufacture of mechanical components for industry sectors ranging from oil & gas, marine, dredging, power generation, transportation and construction among others. Thermal spray processes such as High Velocity Oxy Fuel (HVOF), Plasma Transferred Arc (PTA) & Twin Wire Arc Spray are used for reconditioning products and components such as:

• oil & gas industry components (mud pump parts, downhole tools, valves, wellhead equipment, tubular connections, sheaves and rotary equipment)
• API 5CT & 7-1 monogrammed products
• diesel & petrol engine parts (engine-blocks, crankshafts, cylinder heads, connecting rods & liners)
